Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase and note that this document legally binds Navi Electronics and the customer on the purchase. Product Information and Pricing  

We do our best to provide accurate and up-to-date product information on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that all product descriptions, images, and pricing are 100% accurate. We reserve the right to modify product information and pricing at any time without prior notice. 

  

Please note that the prices shown are inclusive of tax, customs, shipping, handling and packaging. However, they are not inclusive of warranties on some products. Make sure to contact us if you're interested in a warranty.  

 
 

Additional accessories such as phone covers and screen protectors are also not included in the pricing. We will be happy to add them for you at a discounted price. All products are original, authentic products. Most of them are brand new products. The exception is mainly with smartphones that were launched more than four years ago. However, these refurbished models are in proper standard condition and come with no issues. 

  

Payment and Order Confirmation  

Payments must be made in full prior to the product departing the seller. Currently we do not accept late payments or any other payment plan, except for lay-bys.  

  

If a customer wishes to lay-by a product, they must pay 35% of the purchasing price of that product, after which they will have to finish the payment within three months. If they wish to cancel the order after two months of the lay-by period, there will be a 10% charge of the full purchasing price of the order in question for that, and they will be refunded the remaining money paid up until that point. This also applies to failure to complete payment within three months. Any moment earlier there will be no charge and they will be fully refunded. 

  

Before a payment can be made, a legal quotation detailing the order (which includes the product, total price and payment plan) must be agreed to by the customer.

Once a payment is made, the customer will be notified and sent the receipt of their purchase. The receipt will be legal proof of your purchase. Following the receipt will be a script detailing the tracking details of your product. The customer must keep these safe and confidential. We will be tracking the product on our side as well and will notify you when it is ready for delivery.  

  

If you cannot checkout, kindly contact us specifying the product you wish to purchase, alongside all necessary details.  

 

NB: Every time you make a purchase, we assume that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions of Navi Electronics. 

  

Shipping and Delivery 

Navi Electronics has its customer's best interest at heart. That is why we will do our best to make sure your product purchasing, and collection experience will be a pleasant one. Currently we work with trusted third parties in the shipping department. However, if an unfortunate incident occurs with them that will result in your order failing to reach you, we currently cannot take full responsibility for that. We will work on a compensation fee, with an 80% money-back guaranteed. We will take full responsibility once the product has arrived in Gaborone and is delivered to you.  

 

Considering this, our partners in the shipping department are trusted partners whom we have worked with before and have never failed to meet our expectations. That is why we have confidence involving them in our business.  

  

Our scope is currently limited to most parts of Botswana. Delivery around Gaborone and areas within 200km from Gaborone in Botswana is free. Areas beyond that have an additional fee, that is 3x the bus fare to that area. This is our personal delivery and Navi Electronics will take full responsibility. Other local courier companies can be used to deliver the package. If the customer wishes to use a third party such as these, Navi Electronics will not be responsible from that point on.  

  

Returns and Refunds 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unfortunately, we currently do not accept refunds, unless we fail to fulfil the order, in which case you'll be rewarded at least 80% of the purchasing price. However, we do offer returns for most products. This return eligibility mainly depends on the warranty plan chosen by the customer upon purchasing. Returns are only granted if the device has developed issues not connected with either the user's interference, during the period when the product was successfully delivered to the customer.  
 
 

This typically includes issues such as and linked to physical damage directly connected to the user's interference. Therefore, any physical damage that appeared prior to the user receiving the package must be immediately reported and sufficiently proven to us, to decide whether the product is eligible for a return. Any physical damage present and not sufficiently proven to be the fault of the customer whilst the product was in their care/ possession, will nullify the return eligibility of the product. 

   
 

Software issues must be sufficiently proven as not the fault of the user. Failure to do so will nullify the return eligibility of the product. The product must be in its original condition and packaging. Please note that a return is only requested if the product is faulty. 

   

There is a guaranteed one-year warranty on mobile phones' motherboards. For other parts, we cannot guarantee this for it will depend on the seller. Additional costs may apply. 

  

Intellectual Property 

All content on our website, including but not limited to images, text, logos, and graphics, is the property of our company and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without our prior written consent.

Changes to Terms and Conditions 

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to check these Terms & Conditions periodically for changes. Your continued use of the site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. If you comply with these Terms & Conditions, Navi - Electronics grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the site.
