  • What are your services?
    We mainly participate in drop-shipping and sourcing out electronic products for our customers.
  • Are you a legit business?
    Yes we are. We are passionate about providing customers with access to quality products at great deals, as well as products that they will not find locally. Our results speak for themselves!
  • Do you do business outside Botswana?
    Currently, unfortunately no. However, this will soon be possible, and will be announced to all of our members and all our pages and website.
  • Can I swap and top?
    No.
  • What can of products do you deal with?
    We deal with any product that is electronic. This includes but isn't limited to: mobile phones, laptops, tablets, PCs, computer hardware, cameras, sound devices, drones etc.
  • Are your products original?
    Yes.
  • I can't find what I'm looking for.
    No problem. We specialize in that, sourcing out whatever product you desire. Simply contact us on the chat box, or by email navi_elec@yahoo.com, with the reference "Request", and tell us exactly what it is you want. Send your budget to make us search better. Pictures will be very helpful too.
  • Do you sell second hands?
    All of our store products are brand new, with the exception of a few. However, if in need of a second hand for whatever reason, let us know.
  • How do I pay?
    Payments are done by Absa cash send to +267 72829330, or bank transfer to Absa Bank, branch Gaborone Mall 001, Account number 1802281.
  • Can I pay in installments?
    Currently no. We hope to make this possible in the future.
  • What do I need in order to pay?
    You first have to be a member. After that, it is straight forward! Just pick what you want and let us know. A quotation will be sent to you, as well as a legal contract. Both need to be accepted and signed. After this, you can go ahead with the payment, that will be followed with a receipt.
  • Are lay-byes possible?
    Yes. However, the order will be placed when 80% of the price has been paid.
  • Are there refunds?
    Unfortunately we currently do not accept refunds.
  • What is the minimum order I can make?
    Most electronic gadgets (costing above P2500) can be ordered in single units. Other items such as computer peripherals must be ordered in bulk, at least 1 kg.
  • How do I pay?
    First you must sign up as a member. Then, contact us on the specific product you want. After an invoice is sent to you, and you have accepted it, you can pay via Absa cash send to +26772829330, or Absa bank transfer to account number 1802281, branch 001.
  • What is included in the prices as seen on the websites?
    The product's purchasing price, taxes, customs, packaging, handling and fees for the shipping company.
  • How long does shipping take?
    There are two types of shipping: air cargo and sea cargo. Air cargo takes 3 weeks. Sea cargo takes 45 days (one and a half months). There is an allowance for an extra week to compensate for processes that take time
  • Is the shipping safe?
    The shipping is indeed safe. Our shipping partners are experts in the job they do, and in general, the shipping industry is the best it has ever been.
  • How much is the shipping fee?
    The shipping fee is free, for items weighing less than 10kg and for customers within or near Gaborone.
  • How long does it take for my product to be delivered to me?
    It takes about 3 weeks for the product to be delivered. For large products, it takes 50 days.
  • What can be shipped by air cargo and sea cargo?
    Any electronic device the size of a gaming console and less is mandated to be shipped by air cargo. Any other larger device such as PCs can be shipped either way.
  • Are there any additional cost that can arise other than the figures on the website?
    In most cases, no The only other additional costs that can arise are extra transportation fees for customers outside Gaborone. We charge 3x the bus fare to personally deliver to those places. Couriers of your choosing may be used as well. Any other additional costs will be communicated in a timely manner.
  • Are there returns?
    Returns apply to certain products. This information may be found on the product info when viewing it. Contact us to verify the return policy of a product you wish to purchase, as well as the warranty details.
  • Is there a warranty on the products?
    Most of the products have warranty. When purchasing a product, please confirm with us on the matter. Note: there may be an extra cost.
  • Do you ship outside Botswana?
    Currently, unfortunately no. However, this will soon be possible, and will be announced to all of our members and all our pages and website.
  • What is Buy in Bulk?
    Buy in Bulk is a service we provide those who wish to buy large quantities of the same product.
  • What can I buy?
    Small, cheap products such as chargers, storage devices, computer hardware, parts for phones, tablets and computers such as batteries, screens, etc.
  • What is the advantage/ disadvantage between Buy in Bulk and a normal purchase?
    Buying in bulk allows for discounts. The drawback is the time for shipping, 50 days.
  • What is the minimum order to make when Buying in Bulk?
    The minimum budget is P2500. The minimum weight is 2kg. The minimum volume is 0.3 cubic meters.
  • How much are the discounts when Buying in Bulk?
    The discounts can be bargained by the customer. The minimum is 5%.
  • What is the maximum order to make when Buying in Bulk?
    As much as you want. However, this may increase shipping duration.
